The procedure is as follows: 

Client submits a complete package.  A complete package consists of:

• Project Executive Summary

• Project pro forma (standard 3-5-year balance sheet, income & cash-flow)

• Client Information Summary

• Funder Letter of Intent (if the client has a lender)

• Statement on the Client's letterhead requesting our assistance for a loan and if collateral is needed.

Client will receive an agreement outlining a 5% fee agreement, of which a portion is paid up-front with the remaining balance due at closing. The upfront fee schedule is as follows, which is based on the loan amount:

• 10M – 25M = $10,000

• 25M – 50M = $20,000

• 50M and up = $25,000

If client has no Funder to issue the approval letter, we may be able to provide a Funder for your client. Currently we have lenders and private merchant bankers that like the collateral funding method.  Some criteria are as follows:

• A private lender charges 3-4% at closing.

• Institutional lenders fees vary depending on the type of project.
